riel/minute and domestic long-distance is $1/min. Some of the
Internet places offer very inexpensive Internet phone. All of the
big hotels, most of the Internet shops, many of the guesthouses, and
the GPO all offer telephone service.
Telephoning
Cambodian telephone numbers are sometimes listed beginning with a ‘0’ (063-000000) When dialing domestically, it is necessary to dial the entire number including the ‘0’ at the beginning. When dialing internationally to Cambodia, use the country code but exclude the ‘0’ (855-63-000000). When making an international call from Cambodia, precede the phone number with ‘007’ or '001' (007-662-251-0000).
Internet/E-Mail
Internet in Siem Reap is fast, inexpensive and widely available at
Internet shops and cafes all over town. Prices average about
$1.00/hour, though it can be more expensive at the upmarket hotels.
Many hotels and guesthouses have internet available and some now
offer in-room WiFi access. Several restaurants and bars in town
including the Blue Pumpkin, Two Dragons, Common Grounds, X-Bar
and Chaopraya Coffee also offer WiFi internet access. See the restaurant

Main Post Office On Pokambor Av. (west side of the river) about 500 meters from the traffic circle. 7:00-5:30 everyday. Post office offering seemingly reliable general postal & parcel services, domestic and international telephone. Good selection of collectable Cambodian postage stamps.
Shipping Services
If you want to ship your souvenirs home, there are several
international package/parcel services in town that can assist.
Shipping is not inexpensive, ranging from $50-$100/kg for small
parcels to as little as $10/kg for very large parcels, but almost
any size can be accommodated. Ask about special rates. Shipping
services can also assist with customs clearance and export papers if
necessary.
