Internet access in Sihanouk Ville is relatively fast and inexpensive, most shops offering access for $1.00-$1.50 per hour. Some places have a minimum charge. Many of Sihanouk Ville’s guesthouses and hotels offer internet access and there are several internet shops scattered across the town including the downtown area, on Weather Station Hill and at Serendipity Beach. The internet shop at Ocean Mart next to the Golden Lions Traffic Circle is convenient to Ochheuteal, Serendipity and Sokha beaches. A growing number of places offer Wifi Internet access including Golden Sand Hotel, Reef Resort, DevaRaja Villa, Seahorse Guesthouse, Geckozy, Blue Dolphin Internet, Ana Internet and Starfish Café and Bakery.

Most of the hotels and internet shops have international telephone service for $1.50 - $5.00/minute. Most of the internet shops also offer international internet telephone calls for around 500 riel/minute. Telephone stands along the main streets offer domestic phone calls for 400-600 riel/minute.
